Error Message downloading add-ins for Outlook on PC

When I initially conncted my emial to hubspot there were no porblems tracking my emails. After about a week I noticed it had stopped. It says my inbox is connected and I have tried deleting and reconnecting my inbox again.
I can track my emails if I manually cc my hubspot address but I don't always remember to do this so I lose some of the thread.
This is the error message I get. Has anybody else experienced this?
