Emails not tracking or BCC'ing the hubspot address unless I manually click "sales tools"
The only way I can get my emails to track is if I remember to click "sales tools" icon under the "message" tab on the window of my message in Outlook.
It used to work and at some point, I noticed that it wasn't automatically adding the BCC "#######@bcc.hubspot.com".
When I check "add-in" settings from the "sales tools" icon on the "home" tab of Outlook, under "Log and Track Settings" both "log email" and "track email" boxes are checked off and have been.
