All my emails sent through HubSpot are undeliverable. Sales told me it's because I've exceeded some kind of email limit. Is this a new rule in Outlook? I've never heard of daily limits before, and I've sent over 50 emails a day using other CRM platforms without any problems. I would love some answers! Thank you!
HubSpot does have rolling daily sending limits for connected emails based on email provider limits. Office 365 has a rolling limit of 1000 emails per 24 hours. Often, the errors we see for 1:1 emails sent through connected accounts will be best addressed with the email provider. Do you see any specific error for this? If so, could you share a screenshot?
