Hi,
I am using HubSpot on Outlook for Mac and encountering this issue. Eventhough I have chosen "log emails", the bcc field is not automatically added whenerver I write a new email or reply back and I have to end up clicking the HubSpot add in manually.
I wonder if there is any way to have the bcc field automatically filled?
Thank you in advance for your kind support,

Hi @Lea308,
I'd recommend having a look at these Outlook troubleshooting steps. Could you check and report back?
Best regards!

Hi - has anyone solve this problem? We have just moved from using gmail to outlook 365 and have gone from all emails being logged automatically to now it looks like each user will have to click into the hubspot sales icon to get them to log.
I have enough trouble getting in buy-in for people using the tool so can't see them doing this - has anyone found a fix?

Hi @Lea308 - at the moment there is no way to automatically fill the bcc field. However you may find our integration with HubSpot useful as it also retrospectively picks up emails associated with your HubSpot contact so that you don't miss any key communications. Hope this helps!

Hi Karsten,
Thank you for your suggestion. I already sent the add-in debug log.
