Emails Not Logging with BCC

One of the users in my organization has been logging emails manually using the BCC address (not the Outlook integration). I have confirmed he is using the correct email address, yet his emails are not being logged to either the contact or company, his emails are in HTML, and he is an active user on our account.

Can someone help?

Hey @CWilliams70

So maybe there is a problem on how the HTML is built up in your external email.

This might be consider as spam for HubSpot.

Can you make a test with a traditional plain text email?
