Emails Not Being Logged or Tracked

SOLVE

Hi, I'm having problems with the Hubspot email tracking. I'm using Outlook desktop plugin on Windows 11 and have reinstalled this twice.

I've just read on another hubspot article that the side panel has to be open if an email is to be tracked (is this is new requirement? Never had to be there before and now it takes up the limited space on my laptop). When I try and keep the panel open, the BCC address suddenly disappears and the email is not tracked.

 

I've tried forwarding emails using the account number but they are not tracked either.  

 

The problem started about 1 month ago and we have a paid licence.

We have compiled some steps for troubleshooting tracking issues here. I'd recommend going through these steps one by one and checking if the issue persists. Ensuring that your add-on is up to date and disabling third-party extensions is also recommended when using the add-on.

 

If this behavior continues after going through the troubleshooting steps, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
