We are facing the continuous battle of keeping data clean and up to date, with all mandatory fields populated to support marketing campaigns. For ease of emailing a client, all Sales and CS staff have the HS Outlook plugin.
Can the HS Outlook plugin enforce that required fields are populated before emails are sent to any newly added contacts that are not yet in HS?
What I recommend you do is create a filtered view by original source (original source drill-down 1 = extension) and contact owner (filter dynamically by "Me") and share this with your reps. The columns of this view would be your required properties. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/view-and-filter-records
If you set up the filters so that only contacts are displayed where one of the required properties is missing, it'll only show contacts that are yet to be "cleaned up" and reps can consider it a to do list.
