Email tracking turned off, security issues?

We just started to encounter an issue with the HubSpot Sales extension for Outlook. If we try selecting to track the emails, we now get a message that says the email tracking is turned off, probably due to a security issue, we have never seen this before and nothing has changed that we know of. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks.Image20210121101955.png

If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
