Email tracking same user but separate deals

Usercase: As a software reseller we have a partner that I often communicate with vie email regarding several different deals. I would like to track these emails to the specific deals. i.e. email chain A sent to bryan@email.com is tracked to deal A, and email chain B sent to bryan@email.com is tracked to deal B. 

Does anyone have any good ideas how to do this ?

If you're sending emails from within HubSpot, you can determine which deals you would like the email recorded to.
