Email chain not being tracked correctly

Hello,

 

My comany uses O365 and have it connected to hubspot.  When we send an email from hubspot to a prospect and they respond we respond from O365 and bcc our hubspot tracking email.  However, hubspot logs that email but strips out our response.  Thoughts?  I think this is a major glitch and O365 is somehow altering the message header in a way hubspot is unable to read.

Hey @thorndikedev

 

Is this issue occurring when all emails are bcc'd to HubSpot, only certain emails, or only from certain users? 

 

If you could send screenshots of what you're seeing in terms of the email body not being included on a contact's timeline, as well as information about what version of Office 365 you are using, I can look into this particular error and advise on next steps.
