Email address sending from Hubspot

I have linked hubspot to my email on outlook but when i send from Hubspot it has assigned an alpha/numeric email address which the receiver cannot reply to. How do i get it to use my actual email address?

Hi @Rccall, 

This is currently due to a known problem with Microsoft, which can caused for an email to appear as a series of numbers and letters. Microsoft has a solution to resolve this issue which is outlined here. I would recommend taking the steps as outlined by Microsoft, then go through the steps of disconnecting your inbox, then reconnect your inbox to HubSpot, as this should resolve the issue.
