Hello All, I use the free version currently to test ROI of taking the next steps, it was working brilliantly now email tracking is failing due to security software but my IT have said this isnt from us?
When I review the email it is logged but not tracked and a notification says that I chose this, on review of my settings they are all correct and emails should be tracked and logged
Can you please share a screenshot of the notice on the email and also a screenshot of the settings you reviewed? How exactly are you currently sending / logging emails? (from within the CRM, using the Outlook extension, etc)

Email Tracking Failing
Hi @karstenkoehler I cureently do everything through Outlook with the sales extension and use the manual bcc to track emails so it presents within Hubspot.
It says right there that the tracking is off, likely because of another add in or security software. Have you checked all of your add ins, turned them off, tried again?
