Checking back to see what resolution there is for Hubspot including attachments in emails? We want to fully integrate from Outlook but our proposals and reports do not get put into the history.
I understand that this feature is currently in beta with HubSpot but has not been released widely yet. However if you need an immediate solution or would like to import attachments relating to historic emails then we now have a solution to deal with this. Wait a minute. If someone sends me an email with an attachment, I can't get it in my Hubspot emails??!!! I just had to write a really embarrassing email telling someone I didn't get their attachment.
Just adding to this thread to see if this will be worked on.
When I attached a document (PDF, Word, Excel) to a email from Hubspot, it does not attach properly, like a normal email.
Instead it just adds a link for people to click on. The link gets added randomly to the body of the email copy, which means that you have to copy and paste it to a suitable position?
Is this normal? Is there no way to have an attachment like a normal attachement?
