Unfortunately I can't recall which Hubspot Plugin I installed, so perhaps someone could point me in the right direction.
I have one email adres (combined with a Microsoft 365 account) and I have a desktop and a laptop on which I receive emails. On both devices I use the desktop version of outlook combined with the Outlook Sales Extension.
On my laptop I can simply use the "register e-mail function" (see screenshot) and on my desktop the plugin only enables me to "open the contact" in hubspot (and I need to copy and paste the email manually). What am I doing wrong?
