My Outlook email is synced with HubSpot but I am not receiving the notifications in Outlook when a message comes. If I don't log into HubSpot to check my email account, I miss them. Any suggestions?

Are you referring to notifications from a specific HubSpot tool such as the conversations tool, or notifications from Outlook regarding an open or click?
