Hi, within a correctly logged thread there might be some mails that you don't want to log in, is that possible? I would like to choose when to log in or not a mail even if it is part of a thread. Is there a way to not log only certain mails in a thread as needed?
It's possible to only log selected emails wihin an email thread in the CRM with the help of the forwarding address. You'd need to forward the selected emails to the CRM with the help of the HubSpot forwarding address.

Hi, thanks for the solution given, even if it is a solution to be used later. How to avoid the log directly first? Actually it still logs the whole thread even if I remove the hubspot forwarding address, I've already tried that.
