Hi there, we have recently changed our email hosting from IONOS to Office365.
Since doing this, we can receive but are unable to send emails from hubspot. They are sending and receiving in Outlook fine.
I am wondering if it is to do with the Channels as the original IONOS hosted email is there, do I need to delete this so that only the Office 365 one is there?

Are you getting any errors while trying to email from HubSpot? If so do you mind sharing a bit more about it? Are you still able to send it from the IONOS account connected to HubSpot inbox? The emails in the conversations inbox would be deleted if the channel was removed.

Thank you for your reply. This is the error message when sending from Hubspot.
We can no longer send and receive in IONOS, we're now using Outlook. We have just one email account in hubspot which is a shared mailbox. Emails sent from Outlook are being copied into hubspot but we cant email from hubspot?
I have followed the advise on the hubspot site and entered various DNS records into IONOS as they host our domain.

As seeing this previous bounce error. This is a Microsoft issue preventing external forwarding. That bounce-back message means the email server has a restriction that prevents you from forwarding emails to email addresses outside the organization.
We recommend talking to the email administrator if it's possible to configure their server to allow automatic external forwarding. This external documentation provides more help.
