I am the Administrator for our HubSpot account. We are using Dashboards to report on Meeting Activity. Users have synched their Outlook Calendars to HubSpot and this is working. We have noticed that not all meetings synch straight away - some are instant and some take longer. What would cause the delay and how would we troubleshoot the reason why sometimes it takes longer for an outlook activity to update in HubSpot?

I couldn't find a similar issue in the Community. I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share examples and further information about this.
