Daily login on Outlook Extensions

Hey all,

For a customer as us we are facing problems with the outlook extension. On Mac and Windows.

An overview of the problems:

• They need to login every day and sometimes every session.
• The extension is glitchy and causes problems
• The extension makes outlook really slow
  
  Anybody who has had the same problems on outlook and what was the solutions? Or knows a partner who is has experience with this issues? Hubspot is already looking into this, but as this could lead this to losing our customer on Hubspot we are outputting every possibility to make this work!

Hi Everyone, 

Is there any update to this post?

We have the Outlook 365 extention for our emails with the Hubspot toolbar, we have issues with colleagues having to look in day/sometimes multiple times a day.

We also have an issue when  the Hubspot toolbar is there in the Outlook email, it slows down the emails and chnages around the words that have been typed?

Any help would be appriecated! I have logged both issues with HubSpot but didn't recieve anything that made a difference.
