Cursor jumps around when repling to email tracking in outlook

We are having issues with HubSpot tracking when repling to emails in outlook using Outlook (PWA) and using Outlook in Google Chrome.

Issue:

Cursur starts on the top when we start to write an answer

 

Then it suddenly jumps down under the signatur

The entire sales team start experiencing this issue on Thursday october 19.

Any tips on how to fix this?

It happens with and without the plugin. 

Got an new update from the team now and it seems like the issue has resolved it self. 

Will give you a new update here if the issue occures again.

Same issue. It stops when I 'x' out of Sales Tools.  After trying do all the updates, and still happened, for some reason took off Sales tools and it stopped (last week) . I had to relog the sent emails on hubspot. I decided to pin Sales tools this  cursor started jumping again. Help!

Exactly the same happens to us, it is only the HubSpot tool that causes it and our IT needs to know from HubSpot what kind of configurations are needed to try to help us. Really annoying as we are obligated to archive our emails. I made my own thread about it but no luck there yet...

We are having the same problem, the only thing that causes it is having the Hubspot tracking window open when writing an email. Is there anything we can do with the extension to resolve it? I tried uninstalling it and installing again obviously but no result...

Hey @AppleDers I would imagine this is more of a machine/outlook issue. Does this happen if you disable the HubSpot plugin?

Hey @AppleDers this would be down to outlook or your devices then as HubSpot wouldn't control anything outside of the plugin.

Only happens when the Hubspot plugin is enabled, so it is a Hubspot issue.
