Creating a new Contact but not a new Company?

Résolue

The HubSpot sales feature is creating a new contact in HubSpot successfully and logging the e-mail but it is not creating a new associated company for me. Any suggestions?

When I click on the 'Log' feature on the add-in pop up it only gives me 'Create as new contact'

Creating a new Contact but not a new Company?

Résolue

Hey @MR7

you can follow this steps to set this up automatically

when a contact has a @company

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/automatically-create-and-associate-companies-with-cont...

Of course for contacts with generic emails such as @gmail @hotmail....you need to create the company manually for them.

Hope this helps
