Connecting to Exchange server

Hello,

 

I am new to Hubspot and wanted to connect it to my hosted Exchange server. I found some articles online that seem to suggest this should be possible with Hubspot, but when I try to connect it doesn't show Exchange as an option. Other posts seem to suggest it is a beta feature. See: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/connect-your-exchange-account-to-hubspot-beta

 

Is there a way to get the feature to connect to Exchange?

@TiphaineCuisset Thanks! Connecting works! I can no start to figure out where my mails end up. But I do see the test mail in my Outlook, so it looks promising!

I am having the same issue as DAyhan in that I am trying to connect Hubspot to my hosted exchange but it does not come up as an option. ID: 9028898

Hello!

 

Just got my small team signed up for the free version and we would like to be part of the Exchange beta group if possible. 9353174 is our ID. In the exchange BETA, does it just sync our outloook mailings or does it also synch our outlook calendars?

At the moment it will only connect to your email but not your calendar.

I have the Exchange Beta version on my account (HUBID:24933244) but still cannot connect to my Exchange.

I do everything that is written in the recommendations, but it still fails. We've also added a IP adresses of Hubspot to see if that helps, but no.

Anyone have a good idea to move on? My de some one are missing?

Can you follow the steps of this article according to the error you're having?

 

If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support and giving them this HubID, as Support is included in your partner account and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
