Comodo AV Keeps Blocking Outlook Plugin

Hi,

 

I am having never-ending issue with antivirus (comodo) blocking the hubspot for sales plugin in outlook. Hubspot has been set as “trusted vendor” but it seems no matter what I do, (recently) each time I start outlook or run hubspot plugin it is blocked.

 

Today I uninstalled it and downloaded the plugin again form your site – When I tried to install it the same thing happened (see attached)

Hi @SSDM

 

Have you added HubSpot to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer as well as added them as a trusted site in your antivirus? 

 

If the issue only occurs when using the antivirus, then there may be a direct conflict between the antivirus and HubSpot. If this is the case, then the best next step would be to reach out to the antivirus company to see if there are any other steps you can take to whitelist HubSpot to allow the plug in to be installed.

 

If you have not added HubSpot to your trusted IE sites, I would recommend doing this first.
