Coefficient exports custom object pipline stages as numbers instead of the name

Hello,

Currently, we are trying to implement the Coefficient Add-In to connect HubSpot with Excel. In the past, we exported all the data directly from HubSpot, and it worked as intended. Now, we want to use Coefficient to automate this process. Unfortunately, Coefficient imports the pipeline stages of custom objectives as numbers. For Deals, it works perfectly, and the names of the pipeline and stages are shown. Does anyone know how to change it so that the names of pipeline stages from custom objectives are also shown?

Just adding this integratiion to our stack now. Had a minor issue and their internal support chat was very helpful and fast. Have you reached out?

Coefficient exports custom object pipline stages as numbers instead of the name

Hey @CThiele, thank you for posting in our Community!

Coefficient may default to exporting custom object pipeline stages as internal IDs rather than names. For Deals, it recognizes and displays the stage names, but with custom objects, you might need to set up a workaround. One option is to create a lookup table in Excel that maps stage numbers to names, or, if Coefficient allows, customize the data mapping to pull in stage names directly.

Hope this helps!
