Hi, one of our sales team is trying to sync his Outlook account with Hubspot and has followed all the instructions but keeps getting a message that there is an issue with Microsot but everyone else has been successul and IT confirm no issues. Any ideas please?
Is your colleague trying to connect to the Outlook 365 extension? Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message your colleague is seeing, in addition, sharing to the troubleshooting steps he has taken so far? The more information you can include, the better the community can advise on next steps.
