Cannot install Hubspot Sales Extension for Outlook 2016/WIN 10

Hi experts!

I'm spending all my day trying to install this extension.

I'm using Outlook with an email set on IMAP.

I've alread putted the download sites as a safety site.

I've alread deleted te file on \app\local.

The instalation al ways stop here...

... and always the same isue....

Can you please share: 

1. What version of the extension you're using

2. What version of Outlook you're using

3. Can you please send along the debug logs to community@hubspot.com

I'm with the same trouble of @andrefroes 

I followed every step that you write to him, but didn't works.

May the problem still in the download link?

I already turn off my anti virus, the firewall, change the level of security on Internet Explorer, include the sites reccomended like confiables, at last, every tip about the trouble that I find on Google.

What more can I do?

My problem was solved disabling all the IPv6 network adaptors.

Turning off the IP6 configuration in each interface solved my problem after nothing else worked. After the successful installation IP6 can be turned back on. So wired. Why would they installer be conflicting with IP6?

I have tried all the suggestions and everything in the book to try and solve this problem, after weeks of keep revisiting the problem, I stumbled accoss a post (which I can no longer find, so as much as I would like to give credit....)

The suggestion was to edit the registry:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Security\TrustManager\PromptingLevel

There are 6 values:

(Default) (value not set)

Internet

LocalInternet

MyComputer

TrustedSites

UntrustedSites

All of the above were set to "Disabled", I change the value to "Enabled" (without the quotes) on LocalInternet, MyComputer & TrusedSites.

Went back into Outlook, File, Options, Add-ins, click the Go button and ticked Hubspot Sales for Outlook and clicked Ok

Low and behold, everything is working perfectly.

One word of warning, if this works for you, save the details, you will need them again next time you install an MS Office Update, this is what prompted me to make the post and it took me ages to figure it out again.
