Cannot Login to Hubspot in Outlook

I can login to Hubspot with my browser (Chrome) but I cannot login to Hubspot in Outlook. I've followed the posted procedures. Emptied caches, updated windows and outlook. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and everytime I try to login I get this message...

I followed the above instruction and the ones in the article to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated. Running Windows 8.1 and Outlook 2013.
