When attempting to send a new email, the bcc field is automaitically populated with the Hubspot tracking email address but when I press send nothing happens and the email doesn't send. If I delete the Hubspot tracking email from the bcc field it sends ok. Any ideas?

Have you tired deleting and readding the extension? Can you please confirm what version of the extension you are working on? Additionally, is this issue occuring for other users in the account?
Can you please share screenshots of where you are getting stuck?
