Can't install outlook add-in [Screenshots Included]

I’m running Windows 7 via Parallels Desktop. I’m using a desktop Outlook app to access my mail (it’s hosted on Yandex Mail for Businesses). When I'm looking up the version, it says Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus en-us. I’m using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x64), version 10.0.60724. I’m using Microsoft .NET Framework 4 – RUS, version 4.0.30319.
I installed a desktop Hubspot add-in, but it is not showing up in my Outlook. I've tried multiple troubleshooting guides, but as you'll see in the document below, they didn't help. What should I do?
