Can't connect outlook to Hubspot CRM

I keep encountering this error when connecting my Outlook with Hubspot CRM. I've successfully installed all plug-ins and log into Microsoft account.

 

"Sorry. Something about that didn't go right."

"Please give us a moment to gather our thoughts, then try again."

Hi @sofiaadap, just to clarify - are you seeing the extension working as expected in other respects (logging and tracking emails correctly), but are still seeing this error message appear in the CRM? If so, this seems to be an extant issue, see another post about this here. If this is the issue you are seeing, please confirm, and I will get in touch with our development team to have it solved.

 

If your issue seems separate, please let me know and provide some more details and screenshots, and I will dig into it further!

Yes the extension works in Outlook but I keep seeing this error in the CRM when connecting my account. I have agreed to the terms and signed-in using my Microsoft account then stops when it's connecting to my inbox.

Hi @sofiaadap, I apologize for the delay in response, things are quite busy this week with the INBOUND conference underway.

 

Have you tried connecting your inbox from a different browser, or through an incognito window? Knowing this would be helpful in determing the source of the issue. If trying in a different browser does not allow you to connect your inbox, could you send me a private message with a screenshot of any errors in your console? I tried incognito window and internet explorer but still no luck. I also can't seem to attach my screenshots here that's why I send it via Google Drive.

I have tried to connect my Outlook to Hubspot both via Hubspot and via Outlook. I have the extension added in Outlook - however it keeps telling me to update my IE Browser - however when I do, my computer tells me I dont need to. From Hubspot the error states " 

Error

Unauthorized. Please check the email address and password and try again."
