I can't seem to connect my inbox to hubspot via the Hubspot Sales extension. I tried both via desktop and online and it doesn't work.
The issue is nothing to do with the extension or outlook version. Both are fine because I managed to connect it to my other 'test' account created a while ago. However, when trying to connect to our team account I keep getting this message. See screenshots: Test account I managed to connectMain account can't connect
Hi @RKlimek , Check your email settings and see if something preventing it to connect with HubSpot. After disconnecting, clear cache and cookies and then try connecting. Check if any other extension preveyting the connection, These troubleshoots usually work. If doesn't, connect with HubSpot support of you have paid subscription.
