Can NOT log emails from Outlook in HubSpot

• I have Outlook 2019 for my email; Windows10 Pro
• I have installed the AddIn.
• I created the contact in HubSpot.
• I check the log and track boxes and send emails that do NOT log in HubSpot.
• I have un-installed and re-installed the AddIn. No difference.
• My partner has been configured for HubSpot and he is using Outlook Exchange without any problem.
• As it stands I cannot use HubSpot....please let me know what to do.
• I can NOT use it as is!

I am updating the above. 2:47 min later the email was finally logged. This is typical. There is a tremendous lag.
