Business email signature solution

Hi there, our business is looking for an email signature generator in Outlook to enable us to standardise our email signatures across the business. We tried Exclaimer but it wasn't possible to make this work with HubSpot the way we needed it to - to show personalised signatures when sending via HubSpot using our support@ email address (worked when using personal email addresses but we generally send from support). Just wondering if anyone has managed to achieve this and if so, what is the solution? Thanks

I'd totally recommend the signature generation tool that Diana shared from HubSpot.

Each team member can create their own signature with the same style.

Then they can add it to HubSpot or even in gmail/outlook in HTML and works perfectly.

Once they have it in HubSpot, when sending emails the owner's signature can be added automatically.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with the signature generator tool available in HubSpot. I understand it works with Outlook, but I'm unsure if you've had the chance to try it out. If you haven't tested it yet, I encourage you to do so. On the other hand, if you've already given it a try and encountered any issues, could you please share them here so we can investigate your specific case further?
