It would be a great feature upgrade to be able to block off an afternoon or a full day on an ad hoc basis. Currently I need to go and adjust my standing calendar availability if I have a doctor's appointment or if I'm taking a personal day. It could be so much easier and wouldn't require having to rewrite the settings every time.
You shouldn't have to change the calendar/meetings setting. If you block off the availability in your calendar (Google/365), an individual won't be able to book using your meetings link. This is what I do if I am unavailable for whatever reason...travel, intern meetings, dentist, etc.

I was looking to reduce the window of availability to my clients but not to my team.
"For example i am open to my team m-f 9-5; but to my clients, I only want them to book on Tuesday morinings, wednesday afternoons and thursday split morning/afternoon.
Here's how to set your availability using the Hubspot Meeting Tool (without actually blocking your work or personal calendar). Go to Sales > Meetings. On this page you'll see the meeting name you created under Settings. Click Edit > Scheduling. On this Scheduling page, you can set times for when you are available for meetings. This is the functionality I was looking for in this FAQ. Hopefully this lands the question from the original post.
If you have an event on your connected calendar, the meetings tool will show that you're busy during the event time – whenever you have a doctor's appointment or taking a day off, you'd just add that event or a blocker to your calendar, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/use-meetings

Thanks, Karsten! I guess the distinction I was trying to make was the ability to mark myself unavailable within HubSpot. I get that it links to my Outlook and once blocked off in Outlook, it translates back to HubSpot but I was hoping there was a solution within HS so that I can keep as much as possible within that one software. Thanks again!

Necesitamos que activen con urgencia esta funcionalidad ya que hay veces que hay feriados o las oficinas cierran por una razón y esto causa confusión o mala imagen ante los clientes ya que pareciera que se le acepta su reserva
I think it is not quite the same. I want to block off inside Hubspot while I am still available inside my company to be booked. Does not really make sense to put blockers everywhere.
