Back dated Emails

Hi Folks. 

I'm new to using HubSpot, and have the Outlook sales extension working. Its tracking new emails and creating people as contacts fine. 

Is it possible for the Extension to go through my sent items and add in customers I have previously Emailed at a time before having HubSpot or the extension?

This is currently not possible, unfortunately. You could however manually log important emails using the forward address: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address
