Associated objects no longer appear when trying to log in an email

SOLVE

Hello all,

So our team was successfully using the Outlook extension and where able to log emails, as soon as they would open the extension the associated objects to the contact would already be within the options of the UI extension. However, in the last few weeks we notice that this is no longer the case, as you will see in the image below:

On the left navigation panel all associated objects used to appear, now one has to manually search for them and tick their boxes (our sales team do not like that). After doing this, the emails are successfully logged into the objects, except for a couple of edge cases where nothing is happening (would also appreciate any support regarding this issue). Any ideas why these 2 issues are ocurring?

As additional information, we decided to add to the never log list the companie's email addresse to ensure no sensible data leaks into the system. Dont know if this could be what is causing this issue.

 Appreciate all input!

Hi @galvanA81

Based on the screenshot the email is on the never log list, so nothing will be logged against the Kontakt and associated records.
