App stopped working properly within outlook

App is not working properly.  Inside individual sent emails, this is the error i now get:  There was a problem loading some informatoin. administrative group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=email rcolajezzi@cosmodenicola.com (attached).  Before it would say "tracked" or "opened" and the time and date.

I've installed and uninstalled.  and this is not effecting my notifications on the website.  i can still see them there.  but this tool was so much easier.

Hi @RMColajezzi, I have a couple of things for you to try here: 

 

First: 

  1. Paste the following filepath into your Start menu: C:\Users%Userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Sidekick\
  2. Remove all files in the folder that opens up
  3. Uninstall Sidekick (if you see two versions of the HubSpot Email add-in in your programs folder, please delete them both): https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/how-do-i-uninstall-hubspot-sales
  4. Reinstall the HubSpot add-in with this link: https://app.getsidekick.com/outlook/download

Then, if that doesn't work, can you access Internet Explorer Internet options > Advanced > Unclick "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
