Add-in error

I have recently downloaded the office 365 add-in, Sales tools, and when I click on the orange icon to access, it tells me there is

ADD-IN ERROR

Sorry, we can't load the add-in. Please make sure you have network and/or internet connectivity. Click 'retry' once you're back online

 

Now obviously I am online, as I am writing this! 

 

Any ideas on how I can convince the add-in that the pc is online!!

Add-in error

@JShailes  Are you on a network that's behind a firewall? Sometimes organizations block traffic from unrecognized domains and if the add-in is trying to ping its own server to verify connectivity it may be getting blocked and thinking you're not online.
