Trouble Setting Up Initial Chatflow - Free Account

Hi,

I am new to HusbSpot and just trying to initially find my feet with setting up the LiveChat / Chatflow.

 

We are currently on the Free Account and I am just trying to establish what I can and can't do.

 

So I have it enabled on the website no problem, and I set up a basic chatflow.

 

I have set the LiveChat availabilty for office hours only but what I ideally wanted to set was the ability for visitors to still leave a message out of office hours that could then be picked up in the morning on the next available weekday.

 

Alternatively, I wanted a bot to kick in to let the visitor know that no one was available (dealing with other customers or office closed) and again be prompted to leave a message.

 

This doesn't appear to be possible on the Free Version and was looking to confirm what is the minimum paid for upgrade that would enable this.

 

Can anyone assist?

I hope you are doing well! 

 

In the chat, you should be able to set a field that, if nobody is in the office, a prompt will ask for the user's email to continue the conversation later.
