Hi there, if you're reading this you're likely a customer who has just purchased HubSpot and has accessed this through the On-Demand Accelerated Setup Webinar to ask a question! If so, we're delighted to have you here and happy to answer any Marketing or Sales setup questions that you have regarding the webinar content! There are two webinar sessions: one for the Marketing Hub and one for the Sales Hub and these are both 45 minutes long and designed to guide you through the 'Marketing General Setup Tasks' and 'Sales General Setup Tasks' that can be found in your Projects tool need to be completed before your first onboarding call.

 

Each session is moderated live at 10am GMT+1 (London time) where you can ask any questions that you have to our onboarding team on the webinar link directly. Outside of that window, feel free to use this Community thread for any questions that you may have - we're more than happy to help!

Hi Cliona. I tried siged up for the webinar but I never received the e-mail with the Accelerated Setup Webinar. Our Customer Sucess Specialist suggested to ask here whether it would be possible to get the video directly via email? Thank you.

I am unable to start the on demand webinar. It buffers fine, I can scroll through it and see the information, but pressing play does not do anything.  Any advise? (Correction, it works now. vimeo did not like my computers selected audio output. It worked when I changed to another source)

Hi @MPot, thanks for reaching out! As discussed on our call (but adding this here for visibility for our users), you can see the analytics for your marketing email once it's been sent from HubSpot by clicking into it where you'll be able to see analytics such as the open, click & reply rate and see whether those who opened it read, skimmed or glanced at the email. You can find more information on these analytics here.
