Linking emails

I am struggling to link my gmail inbox to Hubspot. Each time I do it, I am told that I do not have a hubspot account linked to that address which I do. Each time I try to link / login it just refreshes the gmail page. On the icon (top right in gmail) I just have a red dot by it and it never changes to green. Can someone advise as I am not sure what else to do. Thanks e

I wanted to provide you with this help article on troubleshooting the Chrome Extension.

If the steps in the article do not resolve the issue you're facing, can you please try uninstalling the Chrome extension and installing it again?
