Create If/Then Branches to filter email activity using Workflows
Hi to all Hubspot Community,
Sending automated emails can help you to engage/re-engage with your customers. However, it is necessary to measure the level of interactions with your emails: Were those opened? Did the important links in the email, were clicked or not?
Using Hubspot Workflows you can let the system filter this activity for you, and configure what are the next steps: send another marketing email or remove them from marketing contacts, etc.
