i cant log into the mobile app or, a mobile browser on my Galaxy J7

Please help,

 

I just downloaded the mobile app, but can not log in. Every time i try, the app gives me a"Something went wrong" error, and https://app.hubspot.com does not open in a web browser. I am able to log in thru a desk top.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you please send along screenshots from your phone of where you are getting stuck?

The app is broken. I have tested on IOS with multiple phones.

Hey @ryanjoseph

 

Can you confirm what your portal ID is? I took a look on the backend and I don't see any portal associated with the email address in your login screenshot.

I have the same problem with my Galaxy Note 4 which is rooted. I also have a Galaxy Note 4, unrooted,  and I can log in on that one.

 

The problem seems to be root, in my case. I hope we can find a fix for this.
