Getting handwritten notes on Tablet into Hubspot

Is there an App that would make it possible to convert my meeting notes, taken with a pen on my tablet, to a Hubspot contact. I would like to convert my sales meeting notes to the Notes field on Hubspot. Any help would be appreciated.
