Unable to open Contact in tasks, it freezes on iPhone 8
The app works, I just can’t always open up the contact's info from the task window. The contact’s name tab freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iphone 8 but it is still happening. Everything else opens. This happens randomly.

I wanted to share this troubleshooting help doc for the mobile app. I would recommend trying out the suggested steps to see if this resolves this issue.
I can also see that you have a ticket opened with technical support on this, they will be better able to help faster here so I'd invite continuing partnering with them on this if the suggested steps from the article above do not resolve this freezing issue.
