Hello Community,

We have not received a reply from the support, so we put the issue here and hope that HubSpot can fix it.

We conducted a Professional trial test of Sales Hub on HubSpot, and its features and modules are practical, friendly and easy to use for us.

But we found an issue and weren't sure it was a bug in the mobile app.

We have configured different currencies on HubSpot.
The total amount for digest shown in the mobile app is different from the total amount on the web page using a browser.

And we logged out of the mobile app and then logged back in to see the deals, which was the same issue and was not updated.

Since we can only see deals this year (2020) in the mobile app - the trial data was created last year (2019), so we again created some records of 2020 deals on the webpage for viewing.

Here, we used a browser to see that Christina's total amount is $73,882, which is calculated based on the US dollar exchange rate, which is correct - the original amount was ¥8,200,000.

The total amount for Sherly on the web page is $18,068.50, which is correct – S$25,000 is the original amount.

The total closed-won was US$91,950.50, which is calculated based on the US dollar exchange rate, which is correct - the original amount was ¥8,200,000 and S$25,000.

Please refer to the uploaded photos for p1 and p2.

Then we jump into the mobile app and we see that the total amount of deals is $91,950.50, which is correct.

Then, switching to the "More"> "Digest" page, Christina's total amount was shown US$8,200,000, which was caused by the auto-calculated mistake.

This is not calculated in the US dollar exchange rate, and Shelly's $25,000 is the same problem.

HubSpot system seems that put the original amount as the deal's amount on the mobile app directly.

Please refer to the uploaded photos for p3 and p4.

HubSpot's mobile app is more convenient for the sales team, but this problem can confuse the sales team and managers - we have sales teams in different countries and require their local currency to be displayed on their deals, and on the supervisor's dashboard to Unify one currency like US dollar display.

I'm curious that haven't customers asked this question before?

Can HubSpot solve this problem?  Thank you!
