I'm not able to see information from my team because of this error. We have a team of 30 people and others are having this problem. It's not clear who I need to contact to get it fixed or which bulletin board it should be part of. I don't know which label to apply, below.

There are steps HubSpot recommends for troubleshooting the mobile app. Can you go complete them and check if the problem remains? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/mobile/troubleshoot-hubspot-mobile-app
