Quotes and Product Support on the Mobile App (View, Share, Create and Approve)
Being able to simply select the product(s)/services within the mobile app and send the quote (lower price tag stuff only like a few service days or a smaller quantity of a certain product eg for a POC) to your customer right while you are in the scoping meeting would be great.
Yoe can discuss it with the customer while you are face 2 face, adjust if required and get a quick approval not leaving the site, sendingsomething over, wait for response etc.
Especially for the smaller deals in the four figure level, this feature improvement would be very helpful to accelerate the sales process.
Currently, on Android, you are able to see the quotes on the HubSpot mobile application. However, the IOS application is still not able to do so. It would be great if we could see/create/share the quotes as many users are travelling and moving around without their computers anbd it would be a great addition to HubSpots functionality!
This does not seem to be possible at this stage. Quote creation is not yet a feature in the mobile app, neither is it possible to paste the links to existing quotes into a message to a contact.
If you need to create and send quotes on the go, you can however use your phone's web browser and log into HubSpot. I usually curse a bit when I do that (big fingers, tiny buttons) but it can be done.
(Invoice creation isn't a HubSpot feature, neither in the browser, nor the mobile app.)
Adding to this, we're looking to bring some of our field techs into HubSpot and it would be great if they could send over pricing straight away while in the field, rather than giving verbal quotes and waiting until they're back in the office and in front of a laptop again to send written pricing confirmation.
Chiming in to support this idea... our team uses iOS devices and needs the quote feature in the field. There should be feature parity between the Android and iOS apps.
As a HubSpot Partner, we get a lot of questions from customers about how their sales teams can simply and quickly create, view and edit deals on their phones while they going from appointment to appointment. Instead of always having to grab their laptop, the mobile application could be a great tool here.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to view, create, edit or delete line items on a deal in the app. This would add so much value to the app.
@jamietaylor1996 - echoing what you said back in 2019 - can we at least approve Quotes on the app? When a sales leader is on the road or at a conference, they need to log into their web browser, which requires they do the 2FA, before they can approve the quote. We want to remove any delay between a prospect saying "send it over" and them actually receiving a Quote.
This is a critical add for our sales team. I would urge you to prioritize this task and not overthink how to implement it. You already have associations section. just add them under there with a basic data display of the line items. you can add more functionality later.
This is something we desperately need. A large percentage of our sales force operates on the road and needs quick access to view the line items that are a part of the deal. The customer will call with an inquiry and with the volume of quotes we do, there is no way for our team to deliniate which is which on mobile. This is a HUGE painpoint for our team. Please implement this as soon as possible.
It would be awesome is HubSpot had products on the mobile app. When we are out and about with customers it would be great to be able to pull up the products for quick access to pricing.
When sitting with a client and not having my laptop having the line items in the app means the deal would have been done and now 3 weeks down still not signed with e-sign - please can you add this
