What is it?
You can now access predictive deal score on mobile, making it easier for sales reps away from their desk to manage and work their deals. Predictive deal score provides an easy and digestible signal on deal health with an indication of how likely a deal is to close.
Why does it matter?
The more deals you have in progress, the more overwhelming it can feel to look at them, especially on mobile screens. With predictive deal score, data and AI will be used to rank deals based on the likelihood of closing.
This empowers sales reps to focus their efforts on the most promising opportunities and gain a deeper understanding of the key factors that drive success. Additionally, sales managers can utilize these scores to provide targeted coaching and set achievable goals for their team.
How does it work?
The deal score reflects the probability that a deal will be won. A deal score of 85 for instance, means that there is a predicted 85% likelihood of winning this deal, calculated using AI. The score is based on factors that correlate with successful or unsuccessful deals such as time between engagements and time spent in deal stages.
In the app, simply navigate from Home > Deals to see your deals with predictive deal score on display on the deal record in addition to the deal board/list. To make it even easier, you can sort the board or list in ascending or descending order using the deal score to help prioritize high-scoring deals or see which low-scoring deals need attention.
Nice idea for an AI score, but definitely needs to have an OPTION to hide it on mobile app, just like you can hide it on desktop. This way for enterprises for whom it is meaningless and incorrect (like us), I can hide it.
Thank you for posting the idea! I have upvoted being able to turn off the scoring. Our pipelines are used to move RFP proposals, which aren't exactly like deals so the score is meaningless. It gets very distracting for our Principals.
