QR Code Scanner not working

I tried the QR Code scanner.

The camera comes up

Does not recognize the QR code.

I can scan Business cards with no problem

Samsung S9 Plus

I apologise for commenting on this as I see it's an old issue but I can't find much about this problem anywhere! I'm also having the same problem with QR codes not being recognised (iPhone 13) and I'm wondering if you were able to resolve your issue?

I meant it will not reinstall. I also tried it on a Galaxy S6. QR code scanner did not work same as S9+. I was able to uninstall and reinstall. Still does not work. So I do not have HubSpot Mobile at all.

Have you already read QR codes with a different app on this phone? Did that work as expected?

If this only happens with the HubSpot app - have you already tried to reinstall the application?

Reinstalling and restarting doesn't work it still shows invalid formate

Yes, I can scan QR codes with 2 other apps

I Uninstalled HS and now it will reinstall. I have plenty of space and tried everything
